About ViaCamera
ViaCamera is an iPhone camera app that takes the photo for you. Set your phone down, step back and pose — ViaCamera fires the shutter when your face is in frame and your eyes are open. It takes real photos; it is not an AI image generator.
Who makes it
ViaCamera is made by CLOS Inc., the company behind CLOS, a remote photoshoot platform.
Finding it on the App Store
On the App Store, ViaCamera is currently listed as “Photographer AI Selfie Camera”. It is the same app, from CLOS Inc.
How we describe the app
We only describe features that ship in the version on the App Store today. When a feature is still on its way, it stays off this site until it is live.
How we write and check our guides
- Guides are written by the ViaCamera team at CLOS Inc.
- When a guide describes the app, it describes only what the version on the App Store does today.
- Guides and comparisons that describe Apple features list Apple's own support pages as sources, and each comparison shows the date we last checked the facts about the alternative.
- Stock photos come from Unsplash and are never presented as photos taken with ViaCamera. Their photographers are listed below.
- Guides and comparisons show when they were last updated. Spotted a mistake? Email support@clos.vc.
