What this website collects
This website has no accounts, forms or comments, so it does not ask you for personal information.

- Server logs. The site is hosted by Cloudflare, which may keep technical logs of requests, such as IP address and pages requested, to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.
Analytics
We use PostHog to count visits and clicks on App Store links. It runs only on viacamera.ai, and only when analytics is enabled.
An event can include, for example, the page address, the page that referred you, the kind of App Store link you clicked, your browser, operating system, browser language, time zone, device type and screen size, how far you scrolled, and your IP address, from which PostHog can derive an approximate location.
Analytics does not record sessions. It does not record what you type, and it does not capture clicks other than on App Store links.
Cookies and local storage
The website itself and its analytics set no cookies and store nothing in your browser's local storage. When analytics is on, it keeps its data in memory only, so nothing is saved on your device between visits and visits cannot be linked to each other through the browser. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, may set strictly necessary security cookies to protect the site from abuse.
Links to other services
App Store links open Apple's App Store, where Apple's terms and privacy policy apply. These links carry a campaign tag that tells Apple which page of this website sent you; Apple handles that information. On iPhone, Safari may show an App Store banner for ViaCamera. That banner is part of Safari.
Photos
Some photos on this website come from Unsplash, and their photographers are listed on the About page. They are served from this website, so viewing them sends nothing to Unsplash.
Children
This website is not directed at children.
